Hello all as this is my first post let me tell about my self. My name is Brian and I am at 410 lbs and just starting the process with Care Choices HMO. Does any one know any thing about Dr. Alfred Schneider from St Jseph's in Clinton Twp MI. Any info would be great. Thanks Brian

Hi Brian, Welcome ! I am having surgery with Dr. Schneider on the May 30th (only a couple more days, yippie). I have heard nothing but great things about Dr. Schneider. And my personal experience with him so far have proven that. He is so kind, caring, straight forward and down to earth. I wish you well on your journey. Cheryl

Welcome Brian-i dont know anything about your surgeon...but i would like to welcome you to the Mi Board! these are great people and willing to answer any and all questions.....i am so excited for you and your steps toward a new life..this was the best thing i have ever done for myself......i wish you all the best...rae

As a former 400+ pound person, I am excited to hear about your journey to a new you. If you follow the program and do exactly what is required of you, you are in for a radical life altering process. As much as you try to process it now, you will be totally amazed at how much your life will change once you drop the weight. Stay focused and make the committment to change and you will enjoy what will be the ride of your life. Jon
