Detroit Diva and Karen 53

I'm sorry that I'm so late in posting this but I did get to see both Simone and Karen this afternoon. Both are doing well. Simone looks wonderful but was a little itchy from the epidural and Karen was having a little nausea. I left my house at noon and didn't get bac****il about midnight. That's my fault. I went to excercise after I visited. I managed 10 minutes on the recombinant bike and 5 on the eliptical, then my regular leg and back excercises. This was the first time I did them since my surgery. I have been walking. I made an appointment with a trainer for next week and hope to get acquainted with some of the other equipment, as much as I can do. Then I went to dinner with a neighbor and we got to talking.......... Jeanne
