Looking for answers. I talked to Bcbs this morning. They said Dr. Marshall's office just submitted the request on 5/22 I was in there 05/09/06. Maybe that is why it takes 3 months to get preauthorized code. bcbs told me could take up to 30 business days for the code. Did you have a hernia? Did you have to pay for the muscle tightening that everyone is talking about? Dr Marshall didn't mention any additional cost beside my deductable that I haven't meet this year yet. I was hoping to have the surgery in June doesn't look like that is going to happen if it took you three months.
