Girls only! TT and breast reduction?
OK this is really personal. I am getting close to tt time and I have tons of ?'s. However this one is one only experience can answer.
Does the loose skin in your pubic area get pulled up tighter by a tt? And if so, where is your pubic hair then? I am worried about pubic hair on my stomach, or worse a gross saggy looking patch!
I know REALLY personal. If you are uncomfortable answering in public, please email me. I am worried to death about this.
Also if you had a breast reduction, how much was removed and since I am a D cup now, what should I expect as an end result? I would be happy with a B.

Don't feel silly asking... I want to know the answer to the question about the TT also! What does happen down there??????? We all know the joke about the woman who had so many face lifts she now has a beard, right? Well???
As far as the reduction, I had one a long time ago (14 years) and went from a 42DD (overflowing) to a 42C. I lost weight at one point and went down to a 38C. I'm now at a 44C. I am thinking after my WLS and when I'm at goal I will need something to "pump them up" a bit, but I am very happy with a C cup. I will say that after the surgery I thought .. heck, they could have taken more and I wouldn't have cared, but I don't think that's true now. I like a C cup. It's full but not a neusience. I'll have to wait to see if they go flat on me after WLS.

Good questions. I'm looking into P.S. myself even though I still have a long way to go. I think in about 6 months I'll be ready. As far as cup size I've gone from a 56DD to a 38C, by the time all is said and done I wonder if there will be anything left. I would like to be in a B cup, but not bigger than a C cup. I took my measurements the other day, then lifted up the skin from my abdomen and redid them under my apron~there was a 22" difference! I really can't wait for P.S. I know this doesn't help answer your question, but I was thinking the same thing. When I pull up on my excess skin everything from my pubic area all the way down lifts ups. Take care Wendy,

Yes, Dr. Ellen was my PS and she said as part of the TT the pubic area is pulled up to create a more complete result, however it doesn't go up into the stomach area. The excess is removed from the top of the pubic area and the bottom of the stomach. As far as the breast reduction the size you end up (and whether insurance pays) depends on how much you have left! Even after loosing 130lbs I was still very big on top going from a DD to a C (she took 2 lbs from each in skin and tissue) and for me a C is where I wanted to be. Itis funny that you ask that about the tt. You would not believe how different sex is. Things do shift a bit. They actually take partof your pubic hair off. My tummy tuck was on May 12th and he did a particial bodylift too for free. My drains came out too soon and I have major fluid back up. I have to call the surgeon in the am to see what they want to do. I am so happy with it though.

My surgeon pulled up alot of skin from my public area but the skin/hair was removed. As a matter of fact, you cannot even see my lower scar area because my new line is at the hair line so you cannot even see it.
I had a breast reconstructions/lift/augmentation so I cannot help you with the reduction question!
