MY ANSWERS: 1) yes, lots of time outdoors today! 2) tend to my flower gardens 3) relaxing in the pool 4) going to California in June to have family reunion. My sibs have not seen me since surgery and we haven't all been together at the same time in over 5 years so really looking forward to this trip! 5) I wanted Chris to win but out of the two left, I would prefer to see Taylor take the top prize!

1) Did you spend time outdoors today? Did some shopping earlier, now we're taking the family on a drive up north (about 1.5 hours one way) It should be nice with the sun roof open. 2) What is your favorite thing to do on a sunny day? Well, on a sunny WARM day, it would be to go to the park or go to the beach, but to me it's still COLD outside. 3) What is your favorite summertime activity? Spending days on end camping and at the beach!!! Casseville Beach up in the thumb is the BEST 4) Are you planning any summer get-aways for this year? We go to family camp with our old church the first week of July. That all the camping planned this year. It's just not in the budget. 5) Who do you want to win American Idol? Don't know I don't enjoy watching that show.

Do yard work. 3) What is your favorite summertime activity? Camping, having friends over for a bonfire. 4) Are you planning any summer get-aways for this year? Yes, camping in Cadillac 2 times, camping at my parents property next to the North Country trail 2 times, Nascar races at MIS in June and August. 5) Who do you want to win American Idol? I'd also like to somehow find the time to slip away for a few days and visit some friends and family in Florida. I think it would be good for my head right now as my latest surgery has me feeling pretty blue. 5) Who do you want to win American Idol? Couldn't care less as i do not like that kind of music or performance.

1) Did you spend time outdoors today? Yes, my daughter and her friend had all of the planters and patio pots ready for flowers as soon as I got home from work and we planted all 12 of them and part of the garden. It was great I sat with my sun hat on and everything was lifted for me, it was the easiest time I ever had planting my planters and patio pots. YEA for my daughter 2) What is your favorite thing to do on a sunny day? Swim outdoors : ) I miss the old Warren pool that I spent so much time in during the summer evening hours right after work, the jerk city council voted to close it 3) What is your favorite summertime activity? Probably tubing on a river, camping, sitting on my backyard swing and enjoying the garden. 4) Are you planning any summer get-aways for this year? Probably not, just took time off from work for emergency surgery and my daughter is getting married so I will need time off for that. 5) Who do you want to win American Idol? Well, I wanted Chris to win but for some reason he didn't get enough votes (still find that impossible) so now I am putting my faith in Taylor Hicks, I don't think Miss Kat has the memory for lyrics and I have a feeling if she gets the Idol title we might be subject to MilliVanilli performances.

1) Did you spend time outdoors today? I took the day off work(I'm a teacher) for an allergy appointment. So I messed around with my pool cover so I can take it off when hubby gets home and get the pool opened. 2) What is your favorite thing to do on a sunny day? Sit around my pool or float around the lake on our boat. 3) What is your favorite summertime activity? Ditto...answer to number 3....LOL 4) Are you planning any summer get-aways for this year? Ditto....answer to number 3...we'll be going to WV for a family reunion and may just make a two week road trip out of it...we haven't decided yet. 5) Who do you want to win American Idol? I've liked Taylor from the beginning, although I thought Chris was very deserving of winning, too. He'll probably end up with a recording contract, anyway. I just love Taylor because when he gets up on that stage, you can just tell he's doing what he loves and it really doesn't matter if he wins or not.

Today's questions: 1) Did you spend time outdoors today? YES I sure did... and I had an amazing time! Today was Area XIII Special Olympics and our Special Projects Committee volunteers for the event. Play in my flower beds... or spend time at a lake.... any lake! 3) What is your favorite summertime activity? I LOVE our family vacation time in Grand Marais Michigan. It is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. I also love to do yard work and garden. 4) Are you planning any summer get-aways for this year? One week in Grand Marais with my husband, parents, sisters, brother-in-law and nephew. We also are planning a few weekend road trips... but nothing is in stone yet pending my surgery in June. 5) Who do you want to win American Idol? Well... I wanted Chris to win... but Taylor has my vote now. My husband Gordon and I had a good time watching the show tonight. What talent!
