Hi Rae, Even though I'm only 6 months out, I've lost a total of 167#'s . I still have about 60 #'s to lose, but I've been looking into plastic's too. I think I've narrowed it down to Dr. Ellen, or Dr. Dabien, and Dr. Tepper. The work they do is amazing. Based on their web sites, talking to the Dr.'s and what I've been told from patients of these Dr's. I'm leaning toward Dr. Dabien. Who ever you choose please make sure you do your research. You are a year out and down over a hundred you you are eligible by most insurance companies. Call Doc at RWLS - He fixed your chitlins - he'll trim the skin too. He did mine and did a good job. kp
