The day had gone along quite well, in fact I even was able to walk a bit today and get out to Eastern Market, then I went to dinner. It was truly a little piece of birthday cake, about the same size as the piece I had eaten for my daughters birthday less than 3 weeks ago, but this time it was a NO GO 
Plastic bag in hand and not wishing to ruin everyone elses evening, we were off to go to the show at Emagine Theatre for a little DaVinci Code (snooze fest, YES I fell asleep for about 45 minutes of the movie) My understatement of the evening......
"Yeah this is a wonder tool alright, you wonder if what you ate one day will stay down the next"
