BARIX CLINIC

I had my surgery at Barix on march 6th and I cant say enough about the staff and facility. I went to nursing school for 5 years so my expectations and standards are VERY high and they by far exceeded my wildest dreams in the way they treat people. They are fantastic. If a facility was ever needed to train other bariatric centers, this would be the ideal place.

Hi Faatima! I didn't have my surgery through Barix, but it was only because they weren't accepting my insurance at that time...they have since worked out a contract with them. I did apply for a position there, however, and was very impressed with the facility and the admin. staff that I met and interviewed with. I didn't get the position, they had a person with more experience than I that they interviewed later that week...I was disappointed! I've only heard good things, so I believe you are in good hands! I also wanted to let you know that the Downriver Support group will be meeting on 6/15 at Big Boy in Southland Mall at 7pm...I know you expressed an interest in meeting with us. Please feel free to come if you're available...we have a nice mix of pre-op, post-op and "I'm gathering information" with lots of personality! We'd love to meet you . In the meantime, take care and keep us all up to date on what's going on, okay!? Lizzie B
