HI All, I have had my first appt. with surgeon at MMPC today. It went well. He said probably in June for my sugery. Now it is just the waiting to see. Phyllis Gilbert

Congratulations Phyllis! I hope all goes easily with your approval and scheduling. Remember to get off the sugar and caffeine right now so that you don't have to worry about going through that withdrawal while on the supplements for two weeks prior to surgery. You'll feel so much better without that stuff in your system, anyway! Start taking walks each day or getting some type of exercise in, too. That will help you with surgery!
