Ok everyone, its time to be held accountable for the bad things you ate for Easter.....With three kids' baskets, i think i done really good...only one jelly bean! for dinner i only had a small piece of ham, cottage cheese, and a couple bites of baked beans (made with splenda of course). for desert i had a sf kroger brand two-fruity popsicle. They are the best sf popsicles i've had and they come in cherry-lime, cherry-lemonade, and cherry-blue raspberry...you've got to try them. So tell me what you had for easter, good and bad. Hugs Linda

No fessin' up here either! I've been very very good on my eatting. Not one bite of candy for me. Although those darn South Beach breakfast bars are soooo good, I could eat two a day!! So I have to limit myself on those. I'm doing good. Tomorrow will be my first day home alone. I'm a little nervous about it. I can get around on my own, but I can't bend or stretch. So my hot chocolate mug has to be set out on the counter tonight. And anything I might want in the fridge has to be moved to the top shelf. Makes me feel pretty darn helpless. I sure wish I could fast forward a couple of weeks to where I'd feel more "normal". Glad that you had a good Easter Linda - how's that new job??? Hugs, Laurie

I hope I haven't screwed my system up too terribly bad. My family had a pretty big spread of food for Easter, but I just had 5 baked chicken wing drumets - nothing else. The rest of the day I ate two more protein bars, sf jello, and water. I figured of all the things they had on the spread, the baked drummets were all that I should have since chicken is protein. Yesterday I was 6 days pre-surgery, so I don't know if I've caused myself any harm as far as surgery goes?? I pray not!

Nope, didn't do anything bad here, either! I had one little s/f choc. egg that Eileen gave me for my birthday and had a few "toots" from that, but I haven't had any sugar since 3 months before surgery, so that 15 months ago. Also didn't feel like eating much of anything, so that was easy on not eating any foods that I shouldn't! Pam @ goal and trying not to drop further!
