It's here, my 2 week countdown to lap RNY and my liquid diet - whoooppeeee!! I know this is going to be tough, but I am excited and ready and I am allowed one tiny meal a day ( lunch I'm thinking is best). Wish me luck cause Lord knows I need it! Thanks Kathryn

Best of luck Kathryn! I'm so exciting for you, beginning your journey! The two weeks will go by quickly, believe it or not, and soon you will be on the losing side! Actually, these next two weeks you will lose alot too!!! A great head-start! Hugs, Theresa

Hi Kathryn, It's nice to see your pretty face. Don't worry, the two weeks with fly by, and it actually isn't a bad diet..I used my meal for dinner, since you have so long til morning. Just do like dr webber says and make good protein choices. Try to cut out the carbs now and get them out of your system so you won't struggle post op. You are in the best hands, in my opinion anyway, he really does love what he does. Where are you having your surgery? Tell dr webber i say hi, i haven't seen him in a while. Try to walk and start your vitamins now, it will help to speed up your recovery. Hugs Linda

Kathryn, Good Luck to you. Everything will go well for you. I have not yet had my surgery. Probably sometime in June. Lots of prayers to you. Phyllis Gilbert
