It has been so long since I have posted. There are so many newbies. This month I am 2 1/2 years post WLS. I had lost 158 pounds but put back about 10 in the past year since I haven't been able to walk much. I had a revision to one of my knee replacement on the 30th of January and have been in PT since then. I am now walking about 2 miles a day plus an hour and a half of physical therapy 3 times a week. I have lost the 10 that I gained plus 2 more. I hope to be down another 16 pounds in time for my yearly physical in June. My eating habits have changed a lot in the past couple of years but I am back to some of the bad habits that I had before. I can eat LOTS more than I ever thought that I would be able to. It still isn't massive amounts, but more. I am reminded on a daily basis that this is a tool and it is up to me whether or not it works. I HOPE EVERYONE HAS A GREAT EASTER Peggy Jones

Hey there, it has been a long time. I took your advice and got my hernia repair and tt with Dr. S!! Everything went well. I'm five days out and doing good. The pain pump thing was taken out yesterday. I've got one drain in. I feel pretty good, although I do keep on top of the pain meds. It's good to hear from you - don't stay away so long next time!!! Easter Blessings to you, Laurie
