Swift kick needed

Help! The past few weeks I have been eating terribly. I am so scared I am slipping back into my old way of eating. I have even gotten sick a few times after eating. Anyone have any good ideas for getting back on track......thanks bunches! And feel free to give a swift kick if you like. -Tracey

Knock it off!! You have to get back to the basics. Remember why you done the wls to begin with and be determined not to go back. Get all the junk out of the house, and replace it with sf products like popsicles and fudgesicles and kool aid or flavored water. I don't even let my family eat the junk, it doesn't hurt them to eat healthy too. start a journal of what you put into your mouth and check it on fitday.com. Drink your protein, and water, and make sure when you eat it is protein first. I hope i don't sound mean, but i don't want you to waste this tool and end up back at the beginning.
