That's it. Tylenol is about the only "safe" pain releiver for us. Don't take too much though, or you could hurt your liver. Any asprin, motrin, or other NSAID's could irritate the stomach lining and ultimately cause problems like ulcers. Some people try motrin and never have a problem...but why take the chance??? Play it safe and stick to the tylenol. If you are having joint pain though, a good one to take is by prescription, called Ultram. You can also get the same med with added tylenol, called Ultracet. It is non-narcotic and works well for joint pain from arthritis in knees etc. Best advise...if you are having a lot of pain...talk to your doctor! Hope this helps!

You can get Tylenol in adult liquid too. It is real quick. kp

tylenol for over the counter. i've had narcotics prescribed by doctors (codeine, percocet, vicodin etc.) and they're okay too, as far as the WLS, they might not be okay for other reasons that apply to everyone not just WLS people.
