For all of us that are looking to burn more calories here is a list of ways you never thought of. Proper weight control cannot be attained by dieting alone; however, many people who are engaged in sedentary occupations do not realize that calories can be burned by the hundreds by engaging in strenuous activities that do not require much (or any) physical exercise. I have resorted to lurker status due to baby, daughter, hubby, and two jobs,and caring for my grandma who has cancer and has a paralyzed hand from a blod clot, I am a busy chick. I miss you all! ~Sandy
