Ok, everyone has probably been told to use a kid's chewable, but I'm getting tired of it. I'm almost at the end of my second container from Sam's, and I was wondering what you might recommend for someone who's 7 months out.

Well while not THE Flabby, I certainly qualify .... Have you tried the multi-vit by Viactiv? They have been making the calcium chews but now have a new multi-vit out. I've only seen it in milk chocolate and it's YUMMY. They only draw back is that it doesn't have iron, magnesium, zinc or copper. Everything else is in equal or greater amts to your average children's chewable. My NUT told me I could move onto vits that I swallow but even in half they're way too big. Sheryl In the Zoo

Though I am not flabby either.........I was not told to use a children's chewable, but an adults. I bought Vitamin World brand (they are located in Lakeside near the food court) adults Chewable vitamins. It is like $14 for 100 tablets and they have a buy one get one half off right now. They are pineapple flavor and have chelated minerals so they are a complete vitamin! I take 2 a day and as far as I can tell they are working well for me. Hope that is somewhat helpful to you Jennifer

http://www.country-life.com/storeresults.cfm I did a search on their web site http://www.country-life.com/ and used 48315 as a location. I don't know what they run but that first link gives phone numbers so I am sure you could call and ask. Hope that helps! Jennifer

i was told NOT to use a children's vitamin as our needs are different than a childs'. I use centrum chewables plus a B-50 (capsule) and a B-12 (sublingual) and all my blood levels seem fine. I don't even take calcium supplements but i get a lot of calcium naturally from milk and cheese and i understand women seem to need more calcium than us guys. i did have some trouble with first B-12 and then B-1 till i added the B-50 and B-12 but i had 150cm bypassed so that's probably why.
