Jennifer your pictures are sooo... encouraging. I am post op 6 weeks and was feeling very discourage. I've not seen much lost, well not as fast as I want with all the walking and exercising. Keep up the good work

Thanks so much for the kind words!!!!!!!!! I felt the same way as you do. I was really discouraged at first but then in time I started to notice the weight slowly coming off. Keep your chin up, it will happen for you too!!!!!!!!
