One step closer
I got my letter today stating that HAP received my appeal and to allow them 15 days for determination. Still doesn't say if its 15 days from the letter date or the date received, but here I am sitting and waiting one step closer to a yes or a no. So, I should have an answer between the 20th and 26th, or sooner...who knows. My letter is dated 4/11 and they received my appeal on 4/5.
