New here

Hello, I'm new here. I've started the process to get approved for WLS and have been reading, reading, reading everything I can find. My surgeon, should I be approved, will be Dr. Michael Wood of the CORI centers. I just wanted to say "hi" and let you know that all of your posts are really helping me to get myself educated about what I might expect. Karen

Dear Karen: I'd like to welcome you to a place filled with hundreds, perhaps thousands of people who are inspiring, devoted, caring, kind, compassionate and loving. Well, enough about me. Honest tho, these folks here are like "family"!!! Don't hesitate to ask anyone anything here....it's an open space for answering anything you want to know. I've come to learn here that there are "no silly questions"....though Dr. Flabby might think otherwise I'm on a journey too and I have one thing in common with you ....as well as others here. My Mom worked at Macomb Mall and I am a little familiar with Roseville - having lived in Fraser for a few years while my now deceased Father was "Chief of Police" there back in the late 60's.
