Tarra Keep your spirits high! They way I handled all the pre-op struggles was by trying to think: "this time next year I will be..." That really kept me going. I will be praying for you on your surgery date. God Bless for a speedy recovery! Mary

Hi Mary, That is what I have had to learn to do...keep thinking about WHY I'm doing this, and stop worrying about the small stuff. But I really do think that my body is going through some sort of withdrawal from food! I've decided that I'm just going to purchase more supplements at my next appointment - and only buy the things I KNOW I like. Thanks for your prayers!

Hello Pamela, Welcome to the Michigan Board .We are all here for the same reason ... Because we all had /have questions .We have been in your shoes wondering if were doing the right thing believe me I've had surgery 6 months ago and would do it again if I needed to .It's a great tool and I'm learning every day to use it . make a new foundation relearn what I've been doing wrong so that I don't end up back on the wrong side again .Hang in there you'll do just fine. *hugs Sue
