Finally a DATE for Frankenmuth

The date is Friday June 9th. I know some of you were hoping it wouldn't be on a friday but, it is the only other possible date beside Sunday June the 4th and that date isn't good for me. I understand everyone has jobs, I do too, but I will just have to take a vacation day, as much as I hate to. I have used alot of them with being off sick and all. I hope this doesn't pose to many problems for you all. Stacy the banquet manager is emailing me a menu that we will be able to chose from that everything will be one price with non alcohlic drinks included. I hope this will help with the confusion we had last year when it came time to pay. It was confusing to say the least. I know if you are a newbie you may not be able to eat what is on the menu. So if that is an issue for you, please let me know and I can see what we can do. I hope to have more details by the end of the day. Just waiting on the email. I am looking forward to seeing everyone. I need to know how many will be attending by May 9th they need a head count by that date. I will be posting at least once a week to let everyone know where we are in the process and who I have down for attending the event. This event is open to everyone, your spouses and families are all welcome, but please let me know how many will be coming in your group. Well I have a lot of planning to do so if anyone has any suggestions please let me know. God Bless---Toni

I have to say no this year. I am new to my job and am already taking that Friday before off for a family camping trip. Maybe next year.

I was so hoping to make it this year but I work and I cannot take Fridays off. It is our busiest day of the week. Sorry. I really want to meet everyone but hopefully there will be another time where I can meet people from the boards. Suzanne 300/150

I am pretty bummed because it seems that this gathering is always on a Friday, and so many of us can't take the day off. Hopefully we can switch off to a Saturday in the future. Bekki
