My Daughter, Leighsa

My daughter Leighsa has her psyche eval today. Please pray or send positive vibes her way. She will also be attending the May 2 nursing and nutritional class at Henry Ford. Anyone else out there attending that? Kim, are you attending that class? Nan

I am sending many positive thoughts and prayers up for your daughter. I'm sure is well informed and will do fine. Yes, I will be there on the 2nd! (I had them put me on a cancellation list for the 18th, but they said it is rare that something opens up).

Hi Nancy, Congratulations to Leighsa. How did her Phych. eval. go? Be sure to tell her to get to the meeting early. Wanda calls everyone back to get their appointments on a first come first served baisis. Which surgeon does Leighsa want, Dr Genaw or Dr. carlin. She is in the best of hands with either one of them. She passed with flying colors! I am hoping that she will post in the next couple of days about her eval. But, in the meantime, I am a proud mom: SHE PASSED! He told her that he was really impressed and thought she would be the perfect canidate for WLS. She has requested Dr. Carlin, only because he was my surgeon. I really like both doctors and I agree that with either doctor she will be in good hands. And yes, we are going to try and be the first ones there. When I went to the meeting I was the first one there so I got the first appointment. I am so happy for my daughter. Nancy
