My 1 year checkup!

I met with Nancy at MMPC and my weight is good and stable. I don't want to lose any more weight and she said that's fine! My iron is still not high, but is doing a little better than 6 months ago. My blood platlettes are low, but that isn't something that surgery should have any affect upon, so I am to go see my reg. doc on that. I also had pain when she probed my belly up under my right side ribcage. Now I have to get checked for gall stones. So I need to set up an ultrasound down here. UGH!! Also, I came down with a cold/sore throat and Nancy heard some rattling in my lungs and said I should go to my doc for antibiotics for that, too. GEE, when it rains it pours. Four of us met at the Grand Rapids Brewing Co. and had a very nice lunch and talk. Thanks Eileen, Gary, and Beth for showing up and meeting each other and me! Take care, Pam
