quick update, one week post-op

Hi Everyone, Well I'm one week post-op and I think doing very well. I'm walking, able to go up and down the basement stairs. I came home with oxygen because my pulse ox level drops pretty low when I sleep, but Dr. says that should improve shortly. I hope the JP drain comes out tomorrow. I have my first check-up with the Doc tomorrow afternoon.....will try to post again tomorrow night with news. Ok, so I wasn't going to talk about this, but who better to share this with than my OH buddies??? Is this possible, my scales says I've lost 20 lbs. in one week. I can hardly believe this is true and didn't expect it at all. I would have been thrilled to see 5-10 lbs. at this stage. What do you guys think? Anyone else have this type of loss one week out? Congrats Shari! I don't know if its possible, but I don't think its impossible. Seems Ive seen others post weight loss #s like that. Heck, look at Angie, 56 pounds in one month? WOW! Keep up the good work!

Yes Shari, this journey will seem like a dream come true. You have a way to go, but the next few months are going to be a learning experience. Do not take this great opportunity for granet.
