Tummy tuck consult

Hey there- I am going for a consult for a tummy tuck tomorrow. I have Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO and I am wondering if anyone knows what criteria I need to meet to make this possible. I was told before that I needed to be 100 pounds down and a year out. Well, I am 135 pounds down and almost 2 years out. I shall soon find out. Please let me know if any of you have dealt with BC/BS PPO and this before. Hugs- Char

Hi Char, You must be feeling much better. I am so glad. When I had my TT a year ago febuary, You had to have aleast one inch of hanging skin into the pubis area, and a hundered pound loss. They will only pay for skin removal unless you have a hernia, If you have a hernia they will then pay for the muscle work. Thank goodness for hernias....LOL. They did pay 100% which is great.
