"Who is your favorite American Idol Contestant".....I'd love to see who everyone thinks is in the running! I'm a big Taylor Hicks fan....yeah, the gray hair may throw you off for a second, but wow, what a voice and most of all, what a deep-rooted soulful singer....his entire body sings when he sings! I love a singer with passion, and he has it in my book! There are quite a few though that are exceptional too, and that is Mandesa, Chris, Elliott and Katharine. With Taylor, those are my top five. What's yours?

Ok, here is my run down of the American Idol!!! Theresa we share the same top 5 without a doubt!!! Here is my opinion of each. Mandesa: Voice: Top notch but she needs to stay off the gospel music, because some might find that offensive. Image: We all know first hand how America treats heavy women, we will see if the voice will over rule the nasty azz attitude of America toward obesity. Future: When she gets voted off she will end up being a backup singer or gospel singer. Elliott: Voice: Nice "rat pack style" voice, could be very soulful, not gonna be in the final : ( Image: He would have to spend some money fixin his grill and get a hairstylist. Future: He will go back to doing what he was doing before-- bar mitzvahs and weddings are in his future. Katherine: Voice: Hello Broadway baby : ) She needs to let go of the broadway sound or it will be her undoing, if she lets loose she will be in the top 2. Image: All American Girl next door. Future: She will get a record deal or end up on Broadway, she looks like an Andrew Lloyd Weber kind a girl. Taylor: Voice: Kinda Michael McDonald meets Michael Bolton meets Dave Matthews. He has the voice to carry him into the top 3. Image: I love his gray hair, it has worked for Michael McDonald for years women have swooned over him, but can we keep him from being quite so much of a frog stuck in the blender when he sings, someone fit him for a straight jacket or something. Future: He has Nashville written all over him. Chris: Voice: When is his record coming out??? I bet they already have him recording something. He will be in the final 2. Image: Cute as a button. Future: Like I said when is his record coming out?? The ones I will be glad to see go -- the daff Pickle puss Pickler -- omg can someone buy her a brain. Notice they have kept her shut up the last two weeks!!!! Guys love her but not because she has any talents. Ms Bennett needs to go home back and quit trying so hard, I am sure if she was consistant she would have already been on Broadway, momma needs to quit pushin her and quit living through her daughter. I like Chris to win but I also like many of the others. I think we really have a talented bunch this year. I lmao at Jill's comment about Elliott getting his "grill" fixed. That is sooooooooo true. Thanks for the laugh. Mary

I like them all, and agree they are all talented. But the real reason i watch is because i love watching Simon. He is so ****y it just cracks me up. I'd love to see simon sing. Hugs Linda
