Looking for a new apartment in the Traverse City area or outside

Hey all you northern traverse city friends I am looking for a apartment or house to rent and would love some advise I know that Traverse city is really exspensive so I am looking for outside the area I am willing to drive maybe 45 minutes to work so if anyone knows of any place I would greatly appreciate it alot.
