If you have the drs. office request the records you shouldn't have to pay for your records. It is SUPPOSE to be a something that offices do, It's called working together.....!

You are so right Kevin I just paid a whopin 125.00 for my chart from my bariactric surgeon's office and still do not have the medical records yet. They are stalling because my two years are up at the end of April. You can say I am extremely upset and so is my lawyer. Tricia
