How 'bout this for a topic?
Chelate is the bonding of a mineral to a nutrient to make it easier to digest? The mineral is also hard to digest but overall they work well together, as I understand it. People with no stomach material in the pouch also have no acid so chelation is important. The more stomach material like the average sized pouch with still have a little acid to it and the vitamins break down a little in the pouch too. They call what I have a micro pouch but what it really is is nothing more than an elbow joint so I have no acid in the "Pouch" .
If your blood work is normal you are doing it right. My buddy in Florida has and egg sized pouch and can use flintstone chewables! He can take adult vite but he likes biting the head off Wilma.
I was only low on D this time but considering the time of the year everybody is low on D.
I think at $50.00 a bottle/32 doses it is too expensive. My chewables are 14 bucks for 90 tablets.

Well, what works for me is trying to live each day at a time.
Starting with my Multivitamin from Optisource (Walgreens)
Coffee and sitting at my laptop to check the daily news, and emails.
Since I work 2nd shift right now I eat later in the day than the normal person. Meaning my first food goes in around noon. Typically I eat protein first and foremost as in protein bars or perhaps a tuna melt. (complete with english muffin or bagel half, fat free cheese, low fat cream of mushroom soup and tuna all nestled atop this piece of something and broiled until golden. Then I wait a while and drink some tea or water.
I make dinner for work before 2pm so I better know what I want far in advance so I can thaw it out. It usually consists of meat and one side like mashed potatoes.
I then consume about a gallon of water or tea while at work, plus one or two protein bars depending on my food intake.
I may snack on graham crakers or animal crackers, nuts and flax seed granola.
But what works for me is patience, and remembering to tell myself to eat slower, (constantly) and also to not take the new life for granted.
What works for me is to look in the mirror every day of my NEW LIFE and say I AM BEAUTIFUL .........and mean it. I could not do that before.
One other thing that works for me: music. I cannot live without it. I found myself trapped this week without an MP3 player to walk to and felt trapped in a corner so bad, that I have NOT walked the whole week. I now have another MP3 player and am so happy I can't tell you how much.
So music makes me energized and happier than food. IMAGINE THAT!!!
