Thought I'd update everyone on what we discovered. Can you believe, NUTS!?!? The last 2 days I didn't have them as a snack.... just because and then last night I ate a few (and I do mean a FEW) and OH THE PAIN! It was back in full force! Who would have thought?? Glad it was nothing serious. Thanks for all of the concern. Sheryl In the Zoo 375/289/???

Hi Sheryl, What kind of nut did you eat, and how many of them? I get sick every time I eat cashew's or more than 2 teaspoons of peanut butter. I'm ok with walnuts as long as I don't eat more that 2 of them. I never had problems with nuts pre-op. I have to be very careful now a days.

Just a regular old peanut. I had them before (post-op) and did fine but BAM! These hit me and oh the pain! I'd measure out one serving (1/4 cup) but not eat it all at once. I'm not eating ANY more nuts period! It's just not worth it. Sheryl (smiling and pain free) in the Zoo

Hi Sheryl, I am so glad you figured it out! I also will keep that in mind after my surgery. It seems like I heard that nuts are not good after the surgery, just can't remember why. Give my three red-roomers a hug for me!! Take Care! Kathy
