Blown Away!

Hi everyone. It sure has been a while since I've been able to get on here and congratulate everyone. I had my surgery on February21, 2005, just 13 months ago. I have lost about 220 pounds. I just pray that all who take this tool of surgery take it seriously and realize that it has to be "your" personal and total commitment. God bless all who will have and have the WLS and take care of ourselves from that day on. I'm so happy for those of us who could let this disease of obesity let us surrender so we could change our outlook on life and realize that we are all worth the time and effort that it takes to fix ourselves, inside and out.
