Anyone in the Downriver/Taylor-Allen Park Area?

I was just wondering if there was anyone here that actually lived close to me - on the board.

Hi there, I am a downriver gal! I live in Grosse Ile! Having my surgery at Harper Hospital in Detroit on May 1st ! YEAH!!

OH MY! I am so happy for you! I hope to have mine around then too. I am goingto have mine at Barix in Ypsi. Maybe one day all of us "Downriver" people can meet up!

Wow, Ill be there 2 short weeks before you. After reading the downriver posts Im wondering if anyone is interested in a support group. I know I would love to have others to share the experience with - so hard when you have a skinny husband and girlfriends!

I know the feeling, My husband is tall and has been skinny all of his life, and one of my best girlfriends is only 108 pounds. I normally say skinny woman are evil. I guess Im going to be a evil lady in a few months

I'm in Taylor. I had my syrgery at Henry Ford Detroit with Dr. Genaw. When the weather gets nice maybe we can meet up and walk in Heritage park. I did a lot of walking there last summer. Mary C
