Is there a way to make the protein drinks (I have tried magic bullet and using a spoon doesnt mix it up enough) so that you dont get all the foam on top?

Hi jennifer I never had a problem with foamy protein. I use my protein cup and just shake it up and it mixes great. Hope you find the answer. Hugs Linda

Just let in sit after you mix it up and slowly stir it after you have let it set. The foamies should break down! Good Luck!

I've noticed that if I add ice to my protein drinks that I make in the blender thingie, that I dont get much foam on it. If you like colder drinks, this helps. Also I add frozen fruit & splenda to them in place of the ice when I am wanting sweets or ice cream. They can get thick like a shake and satisfy my cravings because it is just like the and texture of ice cream. If you like them on the thin side...just add more milk. I actually use soy milk though with a large splash of half and half for the extra creamy taste not to mention a few extra grams of protein.

I use a little battery operated blender I found @ the vitaman shop. It has enough power to mix the powder but not enough to make it foamie. Linda 309/192/140
