turkey thigh ground to mush TOTAL 1 CUP
refried black beans 1/2 CUP (PLUS 2 TBS OF TACO MEAT)
veggie soup with beef, also ground to mush 1/2 CUP
SF jello with strawberries & bananas ( FRUIT WAS PUREED) 1/2 C
2 TBS FF COOL WHIP
hot wheat cereal 1/2 CUP
just looking for input.

IMHO, WAY too many carbs. Recently on the list we discovered that most keep their carbs at or below 30. Many people say that the higher your carb intake is, the slower your weight loss is (I'm sure there are exceptions but as a general rule....). I'd also up your protein and calories. How is your water intake?
