What did you do this weekend???

Well hello there Miss Beautiful!!! You are looking smashing! It sounds like you had a wonderful weekend. I am so happy for you. You are a shinning example of what to do right with WLS. You have been a great example to others from the very beginning of your journey. I am so proud of you and all of your accomplishments so far. I feel like a mamma bird watching here baby birds get there feathers and spreading there wings and taking flight. NOT that I actually had ANYTHING to do with it......LOL.....LOL. Okay, enough with the jokes. I really am very proud of you. I have been following you and your journey sense you have begun. Hi Momma Toni, How are you? I have a few mamma's on this board, and I love all of you. Well mamma's I have spread my wing's! There was a time when I never thought I would make it this far. I can't believe how much life has changed in such a short amount of time. I went from hardly being able to move to you can't stop me if you try. I love life now! I never dreamt it could be so good. Annette, sounds like you had a wonderful weekend! I did too - I went to Manistee to visit my sister Janie and her husband Ron (both of whom had gastric bypass 3 and 2 years ago). The weather was so beautiful. And Saturday night we went out Karaoking and I actually wore a pair of heels (haven't been able to in over 3 years) and I kept them on all night and sang and danced in them and had no pain in my knee, I was so astonished!!!!! I went out in size 18 capris (me??? really???) and a size 16 top (me???????????????????). I'm feeling pretty good after this weekend!! Jeani V

Hi Jeani, You are doing Great. I'm glad you enjoyed your weekend with your sister and Her hubby. Yes you in a size 18 and a size 16~ isn't it amazing. I look at clothes and think to myself there is no way this will fit me, it's way to small, but when I try them on they fit. I'm telling you I couldn't buy clothes from a thrift store, because I would buy them all way to big. LOL In the words of a wise woman, I've meet~ LIFE IS GOOD! (Thank's Nan).
