Extra Skin

Its been 1 1/2 years since my surgery and i've lost more then 200 pounds. I worked so hard to lose it. Now that i've lost all that weight i have so much extra skin. It hurts when i even stand up for more then 5 minutes now. I can deal with the pain but i dont like looking like a freak. I want this removed but i have no insurance. I've lost all this weight but im still stuck in a fat persons body. Im only 23 years old i want to move on from this part of my life. I have no more insurance to get plastic surgery now. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks

I have the same problem as you with the hanging skin and I have created a plastic surgery fund for myself because my insurance does not cover all the procedures that I want done. I put aside as much money as I can and I am hoping in year or so I will be able to have the surgey. Since you do not have insurance some plastic surgeon offices offer financing to there patients who qualify with different types of loans. Tricia
