I am soooooooooooooooooooooooo VERY happy,I am 8 days out today and went to see my surgeon and stepped on the scale and about fell over.I am down 24 pounds,wowwwwwwwwwwwww.I am so very happy.I wanted to let you all know,thanks for all ur great support.I am on my way out the door for a walk(never thought i would love walking so much,lol)!!!!

Congrats Sandra- Keep up the good work. I know that the first couple of weeks are kinda hard getting in the groove. You will do great. Keep on plugging along. Hugs- Charla

Congratulations, Sandra! 24 pounds in 8 days??? How exciting! I'm sure you are feeling on top of the world! I don't know about your weather situation, but it was an absolutely gorgeous day, here. We registered a balmy 67 degrees. Perfect for walking...lol. Keep up the good work! Maria W.
