Hey! About those Longevity Bean Muffin Thingy's......
I was in Nutri-Foods today and bought the cinnamon ones. There are really decent! The guy at the register told me they can't keep them in the store. If you live in the Royal Oak area you should give them a try. Very WLS friendly. They also have a homemade blonde brownie bar that they sell by the register for $1.59 that is yummy and very low in sugar.
Sure...
Someone had posted about them last week and I work in Royal Oak so I go to Nutri-Foods for vitamins and such. I was in today and thought I would try them The come in blueberry, almond, and original flavor too.
