I was in Nutri-Foods today and bought the cinnamon ones. There are really decent! The guy at the register told me they can't keep them in the store. If you live in the Royal Oak area you should give them a try. Very WLS friendly. They also have a homemade blonde brownie bar that they sell by the register for $1.59 that is yummy and very low in sugar.

Hi Michelle These sound really good, but i've never heard of them. I'll have to go there next time i'm out of vitamins. Thanks for the tip. By the way, xylotol is a sugar alcohol, anything ending in tol is . Hugs Linda
