WOOOO HOOOO!!!
Hi everyone
Well , in the last week i have dumped five times, once very bad. So i went back to basics, all protein, no sugar, little carbs, and i have lost 9 pounds!! I got to the point to where i could eat and drink anything, regular pop, ice cream, chocolate, you name it. I kept saying that i wish i could dump so i'd stay away from all that and keep losing. Well, it happened! I started my journey at 360 pounds, i was huge! I am only 5'3" tall. I never even thought i could be under 200, no way. My surgeon told me it would be impossible to get under 180, that would be losing half my body. Well i have proved him wrong! Today i jumped on the scale and i weighed in at 168 pounds! WOOOOO HOOOOOOO!!!! That is a total loss of 192 pounds, can you believe that? I am big boned, so i don't want to lose too much more. Thanks to Kevin on the tips you gave me on the phone, and yes, the juice worked. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!!

Yahooooooooooooooooooo!!!! I am so happy to hear that, It is awesome that you went past what your dr expected of you. Keep up the good work.
I am 17 days out and have lost 31 lbs I am in such shock I cant believe I have lost that much in so little time.
I look in the mirror and see a little bit of change but my family, friends and boyfriend say they see the diff totally. I am glad you got away from those bad foods.
I am sure once you found out you could have them it took alot to get away so CONGRATS TO YOU ON YOUR GREAT ACHIVEMENT.

First of all want to congratulate you on you progress. I totally know what you mean about the dumping. I can go weeks and not dump on anything and then I dump on everything. I wasn't liking my scale so I went back to basics and started eating right and waiting 45 minutes after and 15 minutes before to drink water any you wouldn't believe the difference. Keep up the good work.

I am going to take your advice and USE IT!!!
I too can eat sugar, and no dumping. I gained 30 pounds being pregnant, lost 20 afterwards, and regained 10 I cant seem to get them to extra pounds to get off of me. All I want is to get back down to my pre preggo weight (and docs goal) of 165.
Protein drinks.........here I come!
This should also save me on food spending next week while on vacation in Flordia. I will have protein shakes and salads, NOTHING BAD FOR ME!
I'll let ya'll know how well it worked for me when I get back!
