Are you meeting your protein requirements daily? What about your carbs, water intake? The best thing is to write down everything you eat. I can eat anything (I don't do sugars at all) but in moderation. I hit a plautea for a couple of months and my increasing my calories about 300 a day for a week (I think that is how long I did it.) it jump started my weight loss again. Exercise is also very important too.
