Breakfast Menu>Brussle Sprouts!
I usually have to have coffee, and then my multi vitamin and then before I left for appointments I had a Power Crunch Protein Bar (Chocolate and Peanut Butter)...I live on these instead of shakes and drinks. I don't do well with dairy and I find them all too sweet for my tastes but this bar is light, wafery, and easy to eat and thin...doesn't taste like a typical protein bar to me.
Some mornings I go all out and have cream of wheat with bananas and low fat butter and splenda and a half a piece of whole wheat toast!!! That's the splurge in my life!
I don't do eggs or dairy products anymore so I have to incorporate protein in other ways but I am doing fine according to my labs in January.
