hi lula, sorry i had't gotten back. i got all my info from my pcp and dr before her and sent to ccwl last week just waiting to hear now. thank you for thinking of me when i hear anything i'll be sure to let you know. i'm going to a ccwl meeting tonight. i also talked to another person with great lakes it took 8 months but got the approval. take care. barb
