Ok heres a look at my twisted sense of humor . . . If i came away with something learned from the whole experience is that the charcoal crap they make u choke down to absorb the drugs, HAS LOTS SUGAR IN IT. I had to do the charcoal in chots cause they couldnt tube me, and every time I had a shot i dumped . . . yup, so dont do it cause that stuff will make u dump BIG TIME, and I usually tolerate sugar well.

Hi Heather, Not really sure how to reply to this....as would be the reason that no one else has either. I am speaking for myself, but I am sure others here feel the same....you are valuable and precious. We all realize this, but the most important person to believe it, is yourself. Please take a look at yourself, inside and out. There are things to love and there may be areas that you are unhappy about. You are accepting of the flaws in others, so please be accepting of your own (which are not as extreme as you think..."you are your own worst critic"). No matter what is happening in your life right now, in the grand scheme, your family, your friends and I believe that this world is better with you here. Your friend, Dorothy

Heather, I am sorry you had to learn the hard way about those charcoal fixes. There are times when I think that with all the debt that we have it would be so much better if I died, then my family would be able to use my life insurance to take care of all the problems. I think you are a very special person and would like to be able to call you 'friend'. Take care of yourself. Your little girl needs her momma! Yours in Christ. I am sorry to hear that you are having a difficult time. I am glad you made it back from your OD. Please know there are many people who are thinking of you and keeping you in their thoughts and prayers. It sounds like you have been through tremendous pain in your life. Have faith that you will get better. I went through some very difficult times. Just when I thought things could get no worse, they did. I finally hit bottom and that's when the only way to go was UP. Things will improve. Get out and breathe some fresh air, find some sunshine. Think back to some fun times you have had. Make a list of all the great things you want to do in your life. SMILE-- even when you only want to cry- it will help. Post again so we can hear how you are doing.
