I was jus****ching channel 5 news and they had a story on there about a DJ named Blondie from somewhere around the Saginaw area. She is going to have surgery tomorrow at Hurley. They asked her why she was going public about it and she said if she could help one person it was worth it. They are following her through her pre-testing and will follow her after the surgery. yeah, shes from Oldies 96, WHNN. Shes not that big-- at least I don't think so, she looks way under the 40 bmi but ya never know I have always liked her, even tho the radio guy shes with tends to be an ass sometimes. lol Dang, starting to feel shaky-- better go get something to eat, have had 3 of these low blood sugar things today!! Had one yesterday & 2 the day before, and I am eating properly too!! wonder what gives! OOPs guess I got off subject Take care DE

I saw this while at my parents this evening. And I would have to agree, I did not see her as being big either. In fact, I was shocked when they said 'bariatric surgery' and showed her. Then again, she said other health problems have recently come up (would have helped if she listed some of the problems if she really wanted to help 'just one person'... maybe that would have got someone to thinking 'hey, I have that problem too'). So I guess we won't know unless they go into further details after the surgery. Like when she returns to work in ONE WEEK AFTER SURGERY!!! Anyone care to guess what procedure she is having done (she did not elaborate on that either) since she anticipates returning to work after one week.

I was told that I wasn't THAT big either but I was 250 lbs.!! WOW!! I really was THAT big. Now, I am healthy and happy and way to go "Blondie" for putting yourself out there girl!! The saginaw news did a story on me and because of that, I met many new people and helped them on their journey. Susan

If you go to surgery dates at the top of the page and go to todays date she is listed under blonde. You will see her profile. She does have alot of health problems and has 130 lbs to lose. I don't know if that is over the BMI, but her health issues probably have alot to do with it. Jean 310/160
