2. What's your most vivid memory of WLS - Standing on the side of the road retching during a walk 4 days home with my little guy holding my hand and telling me I'll be alright.
3. Do you know someone who needs it but you don't want/know how to say it? Yep,,plenty but I have said it to them - WITH TACT.
4. What's your favorite vacation spot? Dominican Republic
5. Been to any parties this year? Threw a "welcome to the islands" party.

1. I've got a million favorite songs. Most of them are by Pavement, Zeppelin, The Clash or Camper Van Beethoven.
2. about to have my drains pulled out and asking "will this hurt?" and having the doc answer, "yes".

1) Hard to pick just one favorite song but since I must, I would say "It's My Life" by Bon Jovi
2) The morphine haze when I woke up from surgery
3) I have never had a problem with saying what I am thinking sometimes it gets me into trouble. However when it comes to WLS I am very careful about how I approach it as I remember how I felt prior to surgery.
4) I have never been there but would love to go to Cancun and swim with the dolphins! As far as where I have been Germany was my favorite. I lived there as an army brat for 2 years.
5) Everyday at my house is a party! We did host a superbowl party and I went to a TON of holiday parties!
1. I love the new Sugarland song that they do with Bon Jovi. I don't know what the title is though. And of course my all time favorite song is Wide Open Spaces by the Chicks.
2. Trying to get out of bed in the middle of the night because I have to pee so bad!
3. I do not know anyone personally.
4. I cannot wait to make it to Disney World this year for my first time ever. But we went to the Northeast in October when we got married for our honeymoon. It was so beautiful.
5. I have not been to any parties this year unless you count my 6 year old neice's birthday party.

2. What's your most vivid memory of WLS -
None of the nurses in pre-op being able to put in the IV. Finally called in an anesthesioligist (sp?) to do it. Ouch!
3. Do you know someone who needs it but you don't want/know how to say?
Yes. But I am hoping I can be an inspiration for their information search.
4. What's your favorite vacation spot?
Any place with my feet in the sand and water splashing on the beach.
5. Been to any parties this year?
Nope. Very quiet. Way to much partying during the holidays.

1. My favorit song, I have so many but I like Sweet home Alabama by Lenard Skynard.
2. Having the PA come in and check to make sure that I was ok and that the drains were not plugged and that my vitals were ok but than 20 minutes later I passed out and then I woke up and I had my surgeon and his partner and two pa's standing over my bed trying make sure that I was going to be ok and so I was transfered to ICU due to really low blood pressure and oxygen to monitored on a continous basis.
3. Yes I have a friend who needs to have surgery really bad and I try to tell him that he will not be sucessful with the surgery because he does not want to chang his lifestyle.
4. Yes I threw a suprise birthday party for my best friend and we had a great time and he was really surprised.
