Today's Walk for Warmth at the Silverdome

Would have loved to see more WLS groups to have been there. It was so much fun! The Bariatric Bunch from Bloomfield Bariatrics (Dr. Hares support group) walked and we truly had a blast. What was even better is that yesterday was my 90 day PO anniversary and here I am down 60+ pounds, full of energy and feeling great. Had my BP done at one of the support booths that was set up there and it was 118/66 and that was after I had just finished 8 laps (3 miles) going full blast walking speed! To think in May of last year it was 200/110. Life is so much beter post-op! This surgery sure has been a great thing for me.
