Peach Cobbler (no sugar added)!
Filling:
2 cans Delmonte Peaches (packed in water & splenda)
1 pkg vanilla COOK & SERVE sugar free pudding mix
1 pkg sugar free Jello gelatin (peach or mixed fruit)
4 tsp. splenda
Topping:
1 cup reduced fat Bisquick baking mix
2 pkgs sugar free instant oatmeal (maple, cinnamon, or peach flavor)
3/4-1 cup skim milk
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Drain peaches, saving juice. Heat juice from peaches on stove top and mix in pudding. Whisk continuously until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and mix in approximately 1/2 the package of gelatin and splenda. Cool slightly and fold in peaches. Place in sprayed, 9x9" baking dish.
Mix Bisquick, oatmeal and milk in bowl, pour over peach mixture. Bake at 350 degrees, 25-30 minutes or until top is golden brown and toothpick inserted, comes out clean.
Serve warm with fat free cool whi*****sugar added, vanilla ice cream!
