NEW MEATBALL RECIPE
Meatballs
**with a twist**
1 slightly beaten egg
8 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
or real bacon bits about ¼ c.
½ c. fine bread crumbs
½ c. fresh chopped basil ( I use dried)
¼ c. plain yogurt or sour cream
½ tsp pepper
¼ tsp salt
2 pounds ground turkey , dark & light mixed.
( could use ground beef)
mix together well & shape into 1 inch meatballs.
Bake @ 400* on cookie sheets for about 20 minutes.
Per serving..
Serving size = 3 meatballs.
