Congrats Terri!!!! I am applying again myself, things promised at my job have not come true and this place should have a revolving door for all the people who have left this place since I have started there in August. I can count at least twelve people and that does not even include the people who work in the warehouse, I don't even have a clue about them LOL. I am just going on the people who worked at the same level I did or above. The girl who hired me, the girl who trained me, the operations manager, the credit manager, the girl *****placed him, the vice president, and countless sales people, like I said NEXT!!!!! Maybe you have a few leads??? Jill

I went through a recruiter as nothing was panning out any other way. I was reluctant to go this route, but the job is too good to pass up and the money is just what I wanted. When I get hired in in 90 days the pay will go up. The job is with a big home health care agency as a Payroll and Benefits Specialist. I get to learn yet another new payroll software (that will give me 5 under my belt). I will get to polish my benefits experience and I also get the experience of home health care which is the business to be in these days. It is also about 7 minutes from my house. I will get to come home for lunch every day. The market is tough right now. I sent out about 50 resumes and received only a few viable leads. Too many people do what I do, and too many are willing to do it for much less money than I am. THAT is hard to overcome. I set my sights pretty high as I am condfident in my skills and know that I am an asset. I did not spend all that time and money on college to make pennies. Getting the interview is the hard part. Recruiters hook you right up though. Many employers go that route these days for the convenience. It might be worth looking into.
