Shrimp is BAD!!
hey , Im doing pretty good I get my protein and water, but foods are so hard for me, I live on Oranges, Watermellon, Cucumbers, and thats about it.. but thank goodness for the protein powders or I wouldnt be getting my protein either..
Ive lost 50 lbs so far but the scale hasn't budged for about 1 week, Im down from a size 28-30 to a 18 in pants and from 28-30 Shirts to a size 20, (only because of the girls) overall not so bad if i can get over the food issues Ill be ok..
As far as energy Man Im great I am rearing to go at 4Am and finally pass out around 9pm.. and its go go go all day love it...
Ive also started doing water aerobics 2 x's a week and thats great too I wish I could do it more during the week...
